To avoid unplanned production stoppages and increase the useful life of the lines, periodic maintenance is essential.
At Loire Gestamp, we routinely perform annual maintenance of the press and all the elements involved in the line (feeder, robot, autoracking, etc.). This is also a reminder to the maintenance team about the correct use of the press or the line. It is a good opportunity to carry out a support course for the customers' own maintenance.
The importance of maintenance is paramount because it covers a very wide review of critical areas of the presses.
We recommend enabling monitoring before on-site maintenance in order to analyze the condition of the lines beforehand and optimize the performance of our technicians' assistance.
