Solutions for Die making

Loire Gestamp die-cutting presses allow the fine-tuning of dies and moulds for tests, prototypes and pre-series before their final assembly on the line.

We have different alternatives, among others:

• Single, double or triple effect press.
• Front, side or T-track moving bolster.
• Direct drive or accumulators.
• Cutting damping system.

• Force and speeds programmable depending on the stroke.

Apart from the above, Loire Gestamp has supplied Die Spotting presses. These Presses can be equipped with numerous possible options such as a front moving and pivoting lower bolster plate, an upper tilting ram plate, auxiliary functions, a marking device, a wax injection, etc.
